Accidental & Co. collects the minimum information needed to run the store, fulfill orders, and respond when you reach out. This page explains what we collect, why, and who it’s shared with.

What we collect

• When you check out: name, email, and shipping address, plus your order details (items, sizes, quantities).
• When you contact us or request a group order: name, email, and whatever you write in the form, plus organization and quantity estimate for group orders.
• Your cart is stored locally in your browser, not on a server, until you check out.

Why we collect it

Strictly to run the store: to produce and ship your order, send you order and shipping confirmations, and reply to messages you send us. We don’t collect more than that, and we don’t sell your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only the vendors required to actually fulfill your order or process payment:

• Stripe processes payment. We never see or store your full card number.
• Printful (or a comparable print-on-demand partner) receives your shipping address and order details to print and ship your item.

We don’t share your information with anyone else, and we don’t use it for advertising or sell it to third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as reasonably needed for business, tax, and customer-service purposes (for example, handling a defective-item claim months later). Contact and group-order submissions are kept so we can follow up and for our own internal records.

Your choices

Want to know what we have on file, correct it, or ask us to delete it where we reasonably can? Contact us and we’ll help.

Children

This store isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we’ll update this page with a new effective date.
