Plain-language store policy for the current Accidental & Co. storefront. If something here doesn't answer your situation, reach out before you place an order.
Every Accidental & Co. product is print-on-demand: made to order after you buy, not pulled from a warehouse shelf. That means two separate clocks: how long it takes to make your item, and how long it takes to ship once it’s made.
Production time
Most items are printed within 2–7 business days of your order. This happens before shipping starts, and it’s separate from carrier transit time below.
Shipping time
Once your item is produced, standard domestic shipping typically takes another 3–7 business days in transit. Put together, most orders arrive in roughly 1–3 weeks from the day you order, and longer around holidays or high-demand drops. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping cost
We charge a flat shipping rate, and it’s free on orders over $75. The exact rate for your cart is shown at checkout before you pay. No surprise costs at the last step.
Where we ship
Right now we ship within the United States only. If you’re outside the US and want a product, reach out. International shipping may open up as the store grows.
Delays
Because each item is made to order, occasional delays can happen: supply issues, high demand, or a carrier running behind. If your order is taking noticeably longer than the windows above, contact us and we’ll look into it.
