These terms cover using this website and buying from Accidental & Co. By placing an order or using the site, you’re agreeing to them.
Ownership of designs and phrases
Every phrase, design, and piece of artwork sold here is owned by Rachel Lee / Accidental & Co. Buying a product gives you the physical item. It doesn’t give you a license to reproduce, resell, or reuse the design or phrase elsewhere.
Orders and pricing
Prices are listed in US dollars and can change without notice going forward, but the price you’re charged is the price shown at checkout when you complete your order. Placing an order is an agreement for us to produce and ship that item to you. See shipping for timelines and returns for what happens if something’s wrong.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We don’t store your full card details ourselves.
Acceptable use
Use this site the way it’s meant to be used: don’t try to defraud us or our print partners, scrape or copy the site’s content, or interfere with the store working properly for other people.
“As is,” and limits on liability
We do our best to describe products accurately, but colors and print placement can vary slightly between screens and physical items. To the extent allowed by law, Accidental & Co.’s liability for any issue with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the store grows. Continuing to use the site or place orders after a change means you accept the updated terms.
